Property Scouting
Finding the right property is almost certainly a top priority in the relocation process. It is also probably one of the more difficult things to see through from start to finish. We understand that. We will help you scout the right properties that fit within your needs and budget. We will prescreen properties, present viable options, coordinate tours of selected properties, assist in price negotiations, support the real estate transaction, and see you through every step of the process. It is invaluable to have people on your side with boots on the ground making sure everything is being done correctly as you expect them to be.
Schools & Extracurricular
We will be able to guide you through tours of the many local private schools, after school programs, sports, day camps, child care, you name it! If you have little ones, we will help you find what is right for them!
Settling In
We know what its like to finally get here and the toll that is going to take. It’s tough no doubt. Things take time. That is why we will guide you through settling in and setting things up. From connection of utilities (electricity, fixed landline, mobile, cable, internet and all other utilities that may apply), bank accounts, vehicle acquisition, personal belongings, vehicle and health care insurance. We will help you get it all dialed in!
